All tools on Calcro run entirely in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. We use Google Analytics (GA4) for aggregate, anonymous usage statistics so we know which tools are being used and where to invest effort. That's it.

We use GA4 to understand how visitors interact with the site at an aggregate level. This includes:

GA4 uses first-party cookies to distinguish unique visitors. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information. Google's data processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Data You Enter Into Tools

All calculations and tool inputs are processed locally in your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your inputs are never sent to our servers, logged, or stored in any database. When you close or refresh the page, your input data is gone.

Cookies

We use only the cookies set by Google Analytics (GA4). We do not set any first-party cookies of our own for tracking, advertising, or personalization purposes. We do not use any third-party advertising cookies.

Third-Party Services

The only third-party service integrated into this site is:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — for anonymous aggregate usage analytics.

We do not use any advertising networks, social media trackers, or data brokers.

Data Retention

GA4 analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention settings (14 months). We do not maintain any separate databases of user data.

Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is typically no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you wish to opt out of Google Analytics tracking, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on or use your browser's built-in tracking protection features.

Children's Privacy

Calcro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
